Cambodian Public Bank receives award from Deutsche Bank

Once again, Cambodian Public Bank (Campu Bank) has captured another award and this time, for achieving outstanding straight-through-processing (STP) rates and volume for payments. Deutsche Bank, New York, one of the top five providers in US dollars clearing in the United States, has presented Cambodian Public Bank with the Straight-Through-Processing Excellence Award for 2011.

This is an award that Campu Bank is doubly proud of as this is the first time Deutsche Bank has presented the award in Cambodia and Campu Bank is the first bank in Cambodia to be awarded with this Excellency Award. Only 15 Awards were given by Deutsche Bank in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand this year.

A presentation ceremony for the 2011 STP Excellencce Award was held on 26 July 2012. Ms Vandee Rungthaveesen, director of global transaction banking and head of cash management financial institutions, Indochina presented the award to Phan Ying Tong, the country head of Cambodian Public Bank who accepted it on behalf of the bank.
